Reached site directly from Ankleshwar, launched smoothly without stopping traffic.
The Khajrana flyover being built on the Ring Road will be the first bridge in the city on which a 45 meter long span steel girder is being launched. It is being tightened with 25 thousand bolts. It has been made from Ankleshwar (Gujarat) and brought directly to the construction site.
This girder, which was made in different parts, will now be joined together to form one 45 meter long girder. The length of the girder is 45 meters and height is 8 meters. IDA CEO Ramprakash Ahirwar says, this will not create a pillar in the middle of the intersection and traffic will not be disrupted. Efforts are being made that by starting traffic from this lane of the bridge in the new year, work on the other side will also be started rapidly.
The length can be increased or decreased according to the flyover.
