New Delhi: NBCC has sold approx- imately 480,000 square feet of commercial space for about ₹1,905 crore in the World Trade Centre project at Nauroji Nagar in New Delhi.
Major organisations such as Power Finance Corporation, Security Printingand Minting Corporation of India, and Solar Ener- gy Corporation of India participated in the recent e-auction and purchased space.
To date, the company has sold a total commercial inventory of over 30 lakh sq ft through 25 e- auctions, amounting to over 12,100 crore in sales.
The WTC project, a landmark development, has attracted marquee buyers across various industries.

lakh square feet of commercial built-up area replacing 628 old or dilapidated quarters.
Situated in Nauroji Nagar, the WTC is conveniently located near
major establishments, recreational areas, and transportation hubs such as the Ring Road, metro stations, airports, and hospitals.
The project spans 25 acres of land and comprises 12 towers, each with 10 floors, providing ample space for businesses to grow and expand.
The ministry of housing and urban affairs has appointed NBCC, a Navratna company, as the implementing agency for the redevelop- ment of Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.
The ministry has authorised NBCC to market the commercial space on a freehold basis.
As part of the redevelopment of 7 General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) colonies in New Delhi, NBCC has also be- en tasked with executing government colonies at Sarojini Nagar and Netaji Nagar.
NBCC has been a pioneer in bringing about and successfully implementing the redevelopment model.
