* Indore.

Like the Khajrana flyover, the authority has also prepared the second arm of Luvkush. But the minister’s convoy is being awaited so that the general public can also use it. The authority has constructed this four-lane flyover at a cost of Rs 68 crore. Along with this, a double-decker flyover is also being built at the same intersection with an amount of Rs 150 crore. Recently, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav had inaugurated one arm, now the minister’s convoy is awaited for the inauguration of the second arm. After this, the general public will also be able to use it.

Sources say that the authority had completed the work of the second arm last week and the trial including lighting was also done at night, but since the said flyover falls in Sanwer assembly and cabinet minister Tulsiram Silawat has been given the responsibility of inaugurating the second arm and the day his convoy passes, traffic will be started from the same day. But the minister is not getting time to pass through the second arm. However, today again the Chief Minister is in Indore. If the officers want, his convoy can also pass through this second arm, so that the public can get the full benefit of the completed flyover. Now the benefit of starting traffic from one lane is that the jam at the intersection has been relieved to a great extent and now with the second arm also being operational, the traffic coming from the Super Corridor towards MR-10 will also become smooth. It is also worth mentioning that recently, traffic was also started from the second arm of Khajrana Chauraha, due to which it has now become easier to pass through three consecutive intersections of Rip Road. After Khajrana, traffic became smooth through the flyovers of Bengali and then Poplyahmana Chauraha. However, the most jam situation remains at Robot Chauraha right now, because half of the road is blocked due to the ongoing work of the Metro’s elevated corridor and the traffic of Khajrana flyover directly descends on Robot. Similarly, on AB Road too, the Authority is getting the feasibility survey of the flyovers to be built on the intersections.
