At the Global Investors Summit to be held on 24th and 25th February in Bhopal, not only will the branding of Indore’s Startup Park and the 10,000 capacity convention center take place, but 10 large plots of 2 to 4 hectares on the Super Corridor will also be shown to the investors. Actually, the High Rise Committee has approved the proposed Startup Park of Indore Vikas Pradhikaran on the Super Corridor. With the help of this park with a height of up to 90 meters, the picture of the Super Corridor is now going to change rapidly. With the approval of the Startup Park, the standard of the high rises coming on the Super Corridor has also been decided.

Prepared a presentation

A power point presentation has been prepared for branding 10 big plots owned by IDA on the Super Corridor. If investors are interested in IDA plots, they will be able to directly take a virtual tour of the plot by scanning the QR code in this presentation. All the 10 plots have been detailed separately. The length and breadth of the plot, 75 meter wide road in front of the plot, in which sector of the Super Corridor the plot is located, all this has been detailed. 12 plots for PPP use in Scheme 166 will also be displayed in a similar way on the corridor itself.

Electricity, water and drainage work started

According to CEO Ramprakash Ahirwar, two months ago, under the chairmanship of Collector Ashish Singh, a meeting was held with the plot buyers to rectify the shortcomings of the Super Corridor. There were complaints of no road connectivity, drainage problems, drinking water problems, no street lights, and no garden development. Work has started on all these. The main carriageway and service road of the Super Corridor have been lit up. Plants have also started being planted in the garden.
