Indore, a city ranked number one in many areas, will witness many new beginnings in 2026. Six new hotels, four multiplexes, and numerous brands are coming to this clean city. Molecule Pub
Molecule, Central India’s largest pub, is set to open to the public by the end of January. Its location will be in the heart of the city. The club has been designed with a modern, energetic, and premium theme. It will span approximately 15,000 square feet and feature celebrity DJs every weekend. It will accommodate a large number of people partying together.
Beauty Brands
In the new year, brands like Tira, Rax, Ajort, Gant and Two Religion will come to Phoenix Mall in the lifestyle and fashion segment. In the fashion segment, Tira, Rax, Ajort, Gant and Two Religion will enhance the shopping experience in Indore. In the beauty segment, Tira is known for its premium makeup, skincare and fragrance range. In the fashion segment, Rakx and Ajort and in the denim segment, Two Religion are popular among the youth.
Hotel and Club
Although 16 new hotels are scheduled to open in the city, six will open by the end of 2026. One of these is Sayaji (Amber), which will open on the bypass with its largest number of rooms so far, 240. Vivanta Group is bringing 170 rooms to the Super Corridor. Omni Group has two properties, one on the Ring Road with 140 rooms and the other in Kalakund with 100 rooms. ITC’s Welcome Resort in Kalakund will also open with 65 rooms. The Park is opening its new property near the airport with 150 rooms. The city will get approximately 865 new rooms.
Ai data center
The city is now poised to take a major leap forward in the field of artificial intelligence, following industry and IT. The AI in Rackbank City project will be developed in four phases and commissioned in 2026. Initially, its power capacity will be 10 megawatts, which will be expanded to 80 to 100 megawatts as needed. This will serve more than 100 people.
Multiplex, Brands
There will be 25 multiplexes in the city
Four more new multiplexes will be opened in the city by 2026. Two of these will be in Nipania in the eastern region and two in Rajendra Nagar near the Annapurna Temple in western Indore. These multiplexes will have 4D facilities and will focus more on the Gold Class. Their capacity will be more than 500 seats and after opening, about 2 thousand people of the city will be able to enjoy movies together. Currently, there are 21 multiplexes in the city with 90 screens, 4 cinemas and one open theatre. After this new opening, there will be 25 multiplexes here.
IT Park
Work on the Readymade Garment Complex in IT Park-4 is expected to begin in the final stages within two months. Initially, it will provide plug-and-play space to small IT companies. The department claims that this building will be the tallest building in Indore to date. It will provide employment to over 15,000 IT professionals and attract an investment of approximately Rs 5,000 crore.
