PM Modi will perform the Bhoomi Pujan of PM Mitra Park in Dhar on September 25
PM Mitra Textile Parks are to be built in seven states including Madhya Pradesh. The first of these will be the ground breaking ceremony of the park to be built in Bhainsola of Dhar district. Here, other preparations including land acquisition are almost complete. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bhainsola on September 17 on the occasion of his birthday to perform the ground breaking ceremony of this park to be built on 2100 acres.
This will be the first park in the country which will connect the 5F chain (farm, fiber, factory, fashion and foreign) in a single complex. The park will be powered by solar energy and will be equipped with zero liquid discharge system. This will not harm the environment. More than 3 lakh people are expected to get employment here directly and indirectly. Tribal workers and skilled women of Dhar, Jhabua, Alirajpur and Barwani will also get work. Local people will be given priority.
Work on PM Mitra Park is at the initial stage in Tamil Nadu (Viruddhanagar), Telangana (Warangal), Gujarat (Navsari), Karnataka (Kalburgi), Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow) and Maharashtra (Amravati).
1.5F Vision Together… Farm-Fiber Factory-Fashion-Foreign
Farm : Farmers will be able to bring cotton directly from the fields and sell it to companies.
Fiber : The work of ginning of cotton i.e. cleaning and making thread will be done here.
factory : Complete facilities for spinning, knitting and dyeing.
fashion : Garmenting, designing, job work (like buttoning, embroidery) are employment for women.
foreign : The finished clothes will be directly exported from here, which will bring foreign exchange into the country.
This is a park where there will be a logistics hub, warehouse and a large parking area for foreign companies. Companies will be able to easily park their container-trucks here.
2. Plug and Play Unit: Complete facility for small industries
Industries in the park will not only get plots but also ready-made sheds, which will already have electricity and water facilities. 81 plots will be made here for small and micro industries, the rent of which will be fixed in advance.
3. 150 MW electricity consumption, in which 10 MW solar panel will require about 150 MW electricity daily. MPIDC will install 10 MW solar panel, which will reduce the cost of electricity. Electricity will be supplied directly to the industries from 220 KV substation and 132 KV line.
4. Polluted water released from industries will be treated within 24 hours. Dirty water released from industries will be treated with zero liquid discharge system. 20 MLD water will be purified daily. This water will be like RO and will be used for cleaning the premises and in plants.
5.3500 bed hostel and dormitory, commercial complex MPIDC will build a 3500 bed hostel. There will be separate rooms for women here. Affordable rooms of 10 to 25 beds will be available in the dormitory. The park will also have facilities of commercial complex, hospital, petrol pump.
Badnawar of Dhar was chosen for this reason
Goods can be easily transported from the park to the expressway. This expressway passes through Jhabua-Ratlam. A connecting highway is being built from Badnawar to Thandla, which will facilitate the movement of goods. Finished clothes will reach Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust Mumbai and Kandla Gujarat from the expressway. Pithampur Mhow-Neemuch highway is also connected to the park.
Special attention will be paid to environmental balance in the PM Mitra Textile Park to be built on 2100 acres in Bhainsola. European companies examine the environment, global warming and the condition of workers before purchasing goods.
