The state government has started the concept of eco-friendly 3-D building in Madhya Pradesh. The state’s first Shri-D building is being built in Ujjain, which will be the first two-storey 3-D building of the Water Resources Department. After being successful here, this concept will be implemented in the entire state. The construction work of two storey 3-D building of Water Resources Department, Kothi Road, Udayan Marg is going on at a fast pace. LNT Construction Company, which is building Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, is busy in constructing the building with modern machines and technology, the work of which is to be completed in 100 days. At present the structure of the three-D building has been erected. One storey will be completed this month and the two storey building will be ready by October 2024. Water Resources Minister
Tulsi Silavat said that since it is the city of Mahakal and the hometown of the Chief Minister, the first 3-D building of the state is being constructed from his assembly constituency. Which will also be inaugurated by CM Dr. Yadav and after successful efforts from here, it will be implemented in the entire state
Low cost, strong and temperature resistant
Shree-D building will be completed at less cost than normal buildings. Its specialty is that it is temperature friendly. The temperature inside the building will remain low even in extreme heat. Its lifespan is also three times that of normal buildings, that is, if the lifespan of a building is 50 years, then 3-D will remain standing for 150 years. It is also earthquake resistant and bricks are not used in it. Layers of cement and chemicals are made one above the other using a machine, due to which the building is completed in the same design. The way it looks from outside, it will look the same from inside.
