Piathampur Sector-7: 10 thousand crore investment, 20 thousand jobs will be created, road is being prepared

461.85 acres of land has been given to 10 companies.

Work is progressing rapidly on the ambitious project of Mann Industrial Development Corporation, Pithampur Sector-7. Infrastructure related work is to be completed here by December 2025. A smart industrial township/park is to be built on this land of Sector-7.

In the first phase, work has started on 2232.56 hectares of land. A total of 175 plots will be available in this township which is being developed at a cost of Rs. 452.32 crores. So far, 18 plots have been given to 10 units. These 10 companies include JSW Paints,

Pinnacle, Asian Paints and other companies are included. These companies have been allotted 461.85 acres of land. An investment of Rs 5432 crore will be made through these companies and 11 thousand jobs will be generated. According to Rajesh Rathore, Executive Director of MPIDC, we have received intention to invest from 12 other companies. These include US Pharma, Sai Machine Tools, Myraj.

Companies like Sun Pharma and Shakti Energy are included. These 12 companies have demanded 296.51 acres of land. An investment of Rs 5047.70 crore will be made by them and about 9300 jobs will be generated.

There will be. Right now road work is going on at the spot. Plotting will be done as soon as the road work is completed. So far 16 percent work has been done. A total investment of 25 thousand crores is proposed here.
