The collector guidelines for property which are decided every year in Madhya Pradesh will now change every three months. In areas where property prices will increase due to development and other activities, collector guidelines will also increase. For this, market activities will be studied and evaluated every three months. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, in the review of the Commercial Tax Department on Friday, gave instructions to make the collector guidelines dynamic. CM asked to take effective action to stop GST evasion.
Liquor shops should not be near educational institutions
CM said that in areas where market price has increased as a result of development and other activities, the rates should be increased proportionately. The CM also said that effective action should be taken on complaints regarding opening of liquor shops near educational institutions and religious places.
The process of making birth-death certificates will be simplified. CM has also given orders to simplify the process of making birth-death and caste certificates. During the review of Backward Class and Minority Welfare Department, the CM said that for this, mutual coordination among the concerned departments will have to be improved. Regular attendance of scholarship takers in school should also be checked.
