The government has approved the bypass development plan and published the rules for land use change for the lands of the control area. The Town and Country Investment Department has sought objections and suggestions on these within 30 days. After this, after final publication, land can be acquired by signing a contract with the land owners. With this initiative of the government, the service lanes on both sides of the bypass will become four lanes, which is currently two lanes.
According to the information, the Control Area Plan notification has been published on Friday. After this exercise, the width of the bypass will increase from 60 meters to 105 meters from Rau Circle to Mangalia. Out of 45-45 meter control area on both sides, 22.5-22.5 meter land can be taken for construction of service lane and other facilities like metro track, storm line, underground accessories duct etc. The remaining 22.5 meters of land can be used for mixed use. rest on page 9
The fee for mixed use of 22.5 meter land will have to be paid in one lump sum.
The fee will be 10% of the value of the land.
It is calculated according to the residential plot of the area.
