To make the city slum free, land will be given to private builders on PPP (Public Private Partnership) mode. 1 BHK flats will be built. The land for this will be given to develop roads. Wherever the work starts, the builder will have to build flats within two years. This construction will have to be done on the slum site itself. In the next 5 years, about 30 thousand slums will be required on an average. However, the complete number will be known only after the survey.
