Property registration will soon become easy in the state. The new Sampada-2.0 software is ready. In this, 4.5 crore Khasras across the state have been linked to approximately 10 crore property numbers. Geo tagging of every property has been done. Due to property linking, fraud in buying and selling of lands will be stopped. Along with this, benami properties will also be revealed. In the new system, every property will have a unique land parcel identification number. The preparations of the department are complete. A letter has been written to the CM to launch it. This service can start as soon as they get time.
Everything from guidelines to surveys will be done through the app.

Collector guidelines for every place are linked on the Sampada-2.0 app. The app will tell you the collector guidelines as soon as you reach the location of a property. You will be able to take photos of the property from the app itself. This will generate e-token. There will be no need to take the help of service provider for search report, registry status etc. Photo of the property will also have to be taken from the app. This will be valid in the registry.

2. Will be able to write and generate deed and stamp yourself

User ID will have to be created on the website for registration in Sampada-2. You will be able to generate stamp duty and property deed yourself through e-registry. You will also be able to generate e-stamp yourself. For this the person will have to get his own e-sign or digital sign made. The property will be registered by uploading the documents online. Copy will be available on e-mail and WhatsApp.

3. No need of witnesses, Aadhaar number will work. In the new system, there will be no need to bring witnesses to the registry office. The work will be done only with Aadhaar number. Currently, two witnesses are required when buying and selling property. The registration department has linked the portal to UIDAI. Complete information about property loan will be displayed on the registry. This will again help in preventing fake registration and banking fraud.

4. Whose property will be sold only there… For marking the property, every property will be given a 14 digit Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (UPIN). This will be on the copy of the registry. On entering the number, the complete details and photo of the person selling the property will match. Without this the process will not progress.
