Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) is preparing new industrial areas before the proposed Global Investors Summit next year. Along with developing some new areas in Indore-Dhar district, Phase-2 of Sector-6 will also be developed along with Sector 8 and 9 in Pithampur. A detailed project report is being prepared for these. Land allotment has almost been completed in this area. As an extension, new projects have been proposed in Tarapur, Lalbagh-Basvi. The land here is with the Industry Department itself. Therefore, the time taken in the acquisition and other processes will be saved. Rajesh Rathore, Executive Director of MPIDC, says, so far, many big investors have come in the sectors in Indore-Dhar region. Some new proposals have been sent to the headquarters so that investors can get land in every area and they do not have to wait for allotment. Currently, apart from PM Mitra Park, we also have land in Tilgara, Multi Model Logistics Park Barlai. Vacant land is also being marked in the old area, which can be developed afresh. So far, a total of 1716 hectares of land has been marked. All the formalities related to these will be completed before the Investors Summit.
