New four lane till Sehore • It will take half an hour less to travel from Indore to Bhopal.

Out of total 36.5 km, 14 km four lane road is almost ready.

In the next two years, a new four-lane option will be available from Bhopal towards Indore and Ujjain. More than 10 lakh population of colonies ranging from TT Nagar, Kotra Sultanabad to Bawadia Kala, Salaiya, Hoshangabad Road and Kolar Road will not need to go to Bairagarh to go to Indore and Ujjain after two years. Bhadbhada intersection to Neelbad Routes via Sehore (36.5 km) On two lane road till Barjhiri (14 km) The work of four laning is almost complete.

Beyond this, the work of 22.5 km four lane from Barjhiri to Sehore will start in July. PM Narendra Modi has performed its virtual bhumi pujan. PWD Chief Engineer Sanjay Maske says that this work will be completed in one and a half years. After this, it will be possible to reach Sehore from Bhadbhada intersection in half an hour.

Construction of new four lane will save time in this way

It takes about one and a half hour to reach Sehore from Bhadbhada via Bairagarh. Whereas currently it takes 55 minutes to go from Bhadbhada to Sehore via Nilbad via the existing two-lane road. Once four lanes are built, it will take only half an hour to reach Sehore via this route.

Will avoid the jam of Bairagarh and Kamla Park

By the end of the year 2025, people of Bhopal from Roshanpur onwards will be able to use the new four lane to go to Sehore, Ashta, Sonkutch, Indore and Ujjain. They will be saved from getting stuck in the traffic jams of Kamla Park and Bairagarh. About Rs 80.61 crore will be spent on the construction of this road.

From where and how to reach

1. One can reach this road from Hoshangabad Road by reaching Bhadbhada intersection via different routes. From Kolar Road, this road will be found near Sakshi Dhaba via 13 shutters from Amarnath Colony.

2. People of Chuna Bhatti, Shahpura, Arera Colony can reach Sakshi Dhaba from Canal Tirahe via Kaliyasot Dam. People of TT Nagar, MP Nagar can reach Bhadbhada via New Market or Mata Mandir.

3. People of colonies of Kotra, Main Road No. 3 can reach Bhadbhada from Nehru Nagar intersection. Residents of Professor Colony, Shyamala Hills can also use this road to reach Bhadbhada from Smart Road.
