The proposal for the guideline which is going to be increased for the second time in the year 2024-25 has been sent to Bhopal on Tuesday. Out of the 26 claims and objections received in the last four days, the Registration Department has accepted 8. In these, the proposed guidelines increased at two locations have been reduced and increased in one. Along with this, the District Assessment Committee has approved the increase in guidelines in 469 location areas / colonies out of 5 thousand locations. 111 new colonies and townships have also been linked to the guidelines. In this way, a total of 580 locations will be affected by the new
guideline. Earlier in April, the guidelines were increased at 2300 locations. The meeting of the Central Assessment Committee is to be held in Bhopal on Wednesday. If the proposal of Indore is accepted, then this year the guideline will increase to a total of 2850 locations including this time’s location.
The guideline was increased to more than 23 hundred locations in April. The registration department
had made a proposal to add 105 new colonies.
Property rates in 580 full locations will be affected by the new guideline.

Senior District Registrar Dr. Amresh Naidu, Deepak Kumar Sharma and other sub-registrars have resolved the claims and objections received so far. The department had earlier made a proposal to increase the number of 469 locations and add 105 new colonies. The registration department officials met Collector Ashish Singh on Tuesday and explained the entire situation. After this, the proposal to increase the guidelines was finalized and sent to the Inspector General Registration Office. Deputy Inspector General Registrar Balkrishna More said that on the instructions of the state government, it was decided to increase the guidelines in the entire state. Therefore, proposals of all the districts of Indore-Ujjain division have been sent. The final decision will be taken in the meeting to be held on Wednesday.

In this way, the number of new colonies to be included in the guidelines has become 111. There has been a partial reduction in the proposed guideline in two colonies. Similarly, the percentage of guideline increase has been reduced in one colony. In this way, proposals for a total of 580 locations were sent to Bhopal. It is worth mentioning that the department had received these locations from Bhopal itself, where registrations were being done at a rate higher than the guideline or the number of registrations of documents was higher than other areas.
