The authority is currently brainstorming about its better operation model. On the other hand, discussions are also being held today with some farmers of the Super Corridor, who have not yet registered their lands in favor of the authority. Some of their problems related to their allotted plots will also be resolved, so that the Super Corridor can be fully developed in the next 6 months.
Recently, Collector Ashish Singh had called a meeting of the plot holders of the Super Corridor and asked them what the problems are and why they have not started any construction work on their plots yet. Actually, the intention of the government and administration is that projects should start rapidly on the Super Corridor, so that the metro project as well as the development of the city gets a new direction. Right now the Super Corridor is completely vacant. Authority CEO RP Ahirwar says that the remaining development work worth about Rs 126 crore will be completed in the next 6 months, in which the maximum amount of Rs 100 crore is being spent only on the power system. Other works including laying of power lines including service station are also being started, so the construction of the remaining 8.66 km of roads will also start soon. At the same time, registrations are also to be done from some farmers, they have also been called for discussion today. There are some problems ranging from the size and type of the plots allotted to them, which will be resolved. Yesterday he also held a meeting with the officials regarding the remaining work of the Super Corridor and claimed to completely improve the corridor in the next 6 months. Mr. Ahirwar said that a total of 61.69 km of road was to be constructed on the Super Corridor. Out of this, till now the authority has completed 55.03 km.
A kilometer of road has been constructed. Now 8.66 kilometers of road is yet to be constructed. Along with this, the development of some intersections and laying of some water lines is pending. 25 crore rupees will be spent on this entire work. Mr. Ahirwar told that the work of electrification of the entire super corridor has been started. 100 crore rupees will be spent on this work. Apart from this, the work of development of the garden is also to be done on the super corridor. One crore rupees will be spent on this. In this way, the work of spending 126 crore rupees on the super corridor has been started by the authority. This work will be completed within the next 6 months. After the completion of all these works, this super corridor of Indore will be transformed into a fully developed corridor. The CEO has instructed the officials of the authority that this work has to be completed within the time limit. Along with this, it should also be ensured that the work should be of good quality. Keep in mind that the Chief Minister of the state Dr. Mohan Yadav has directed all government departments to do quality work within the time limit. This instruction given by the Chief Minister has been adopted by the Indore Development Authority. The Authority has warned all its officers to take care of both time and quality of work.
