Indore’s smart industrial township that will provide employment to lakhs of people has started taking shape in Pithampur Sector-7. In the first phase, development work is to be done with Rs 452.32 crore. The deadline for this has been set as December 2025. Those who have given land for the project will start getting developed plots from Monday. According to Rajesh Rathore, Executive Director of MPIDC, many investors have proposed industries in the township. Construction of roads is going on at the spot. The Gai Ki Road connecting Indore-Ahmedabad Road is now being widened four times. Along with this, internal development work has also started. On Monday, more than 80 people will start the process of registration in favor of 16 people.

Smart Industrial Township is being built in a total area of ​​2232.56 hectares in Pithampur Sector-7. Road development work is in progress.

Multi-story buildings will be constructed. This will be the first time in a smart industrial township that people’s homes and offices will be in the same area. 16 multi-story buildings will be constructed on 20 thousand plots. Other offices illuminated by solar energy will also be built here
