For the first time in the country, a 35-storey complex will come up in the Super Corridor area in Indore, which will be exclusively dedicated to startups. Companies from Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Indore participated in the tender process to become Project Management Consultants. Technical bid has been opened. Now a presentation will be given by these companies in the IDA office on 30th January.
According to IDA Chairman Jaipal Singh Chavda, preparation of the financial bid will be done after seeing the presentation. Bhoomipujan of the complex will be done in one to two months. 35 acres of land has been reserved for the project. It was also branded at the Pravasi Bhartiya Sammelan and the Global Investors Summit. Overseas and investors had also shown interest in the project. Rs 450 crore will be spent on this project. The complex will be like a smart village.
