IT Park 3: 38% ready, 22 companies are already in queue.

Work on the third and fourth IT parks is also underway at IT Park Square. 38 per cent work has been completed in the third IT park and IT companies have already shown interest in booking offices.
22 IT companies have demanded 1.30 lakh square feet of space. Companies have also started coming for IT Park 4. The Industry Department hopes that the remaining space will also be booked in the GIES to be held in Bhopal on 24-25 February. MPIDC Executive Director Rajesh Rathore said that IT Park-3 is being built in a total area of 2.38 hectares. The cost is Rs 501.9 crore. It will have offices for 65 companies. The entire building will be used only for IT companies and related ventures.

Both parks will provide employment to around 20 thousand people
An investment of about 1 thousand crores is proposed in this and 15 thousand people will get employment. The target is to complete its work by December 2025. A total of 1.04 lakh square meters of built-up area will be available in this. After this, the companies that remain will also be given space in IT Park-4. Work is also going on on the planning of IT Park-5. An amount of 100 crores has also been received for this project from POM Gati Shakti Yojana. Construction of IT Park-4 is also going on and 30 percent work has been done. This project is in a total area of 0.378 hectares. Its project cost is 46.74 crores and 35 units will get space in it. An investment of 500 crores and 4 thousand jobs will be available in this.
