Thursday is going to be an important day in the direction of making Indore Regional Development and Investment Plan. Tenders were issued last month to make this plan. The received tenders will be opened. After studying all the tenders, the consultant firm will be finalized in the presence of Divisional Commissioner, Collector, Municipal Commissioner and IDA CEO. A regional development plan is to be made by combining Indore, Ujjain, Dewas and some part of Dhar. A total of 6 lakh 63140 hectares of land has been included in this plan.
The biggest part of the regional plan will be of Indore district. Bichauli Hapsi, Depalpur, Hatod, Indore, Kanada, Khudail, Malharganj, Mah, Rau, Sanwer tehsils have been included. Kothi Mahal and City of Ujjain district have been included. If we talk about Dewas district, then Bagli, Hatpiplya and part of Dewas City will be included. Dhar district will include Dhar City and Pithampur.

According to CEO Ramprakash Ahirwar, tenders will be opened in the board meeting of IDA on Thursday. After this, the firm will be finalized after completing the technical phase. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav had given instructions to make a regional development and investment plan by combining Indore and its surrounding cities. Under this, tenders were issued. In fact, Dewas, Ujjain and Dhar districts were also included to ensure similar development in the cities connected to Indore. Residential, commercial and industrial development as well as other development works will be done uniformly through this plan.
