Mumbai: Magicbricks, a leading real estate platform, has launched MagicHomes, an initiative that spotlights all the new pro- jects across key cities in Delhi NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Chennai.

The move assumes significance at a time the residential sector is experiencing a resurgence with rising demand driving up proper- ty prices up nearly 15% in 2023.

The demand, currently at a decadal high, has also spur- red interest in new projects.
